Pirani, chairman of the 'rovincial Section of the Newspaper Proprietors' Association, who are among those to visit Britain and France at the invi- , tation of the British Ministry of Information, arrived by the Main Trunk express yesterday morning. Mr. C. Earle, editor of the Dominion, and Mr. M. L. Reading, editor of the Lytteiton Times, who arc to join the party, are now on their way to Auckland.
