RESOLUTION" FROM NAPIER. [P.Y TELEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION".] NAPIER. Tuesday. A t.ARt.F. number of Napier business men and several ladies assembled at the Borough Council Chambers this afternoon for the purpose of passing a resolution of appreciation and approval of the actions of the Prime Minister of Great Britain. The Mayor explained that the object of the meeting was to pass a motion of support to the British Premier, who was doing so much to direct the Empire in this great world struggle. The following motion was carried: "We, the citizens of Napier, desire to express our wholehearted appreciation of your non-party efforts in the conduct of this war. We have viewed with admiration your exertions, which we trust will be allowed to continue until victory is attained."-
