Finnish politicians proceeding to Borlin informed tho Folks Dagblad that Germany had agreed to the creation of a Greater Finland, including Russian Karelia, carrying the Murman railway to tho Arctic Sea and also to Petrograd, which General Mannerheim had undertaken to capture by June. Finland would become a greater Baltic Power than Sweden and Norway. The delegatesx stated that Germany would have an Arctic port, would retain the Aaland Islands, and would renow the war against the Bolsheviks after securing victory in the west.
