TALISMAN. DIVIDEND PAYABLE TO-DAY. The fourth dividend declared by the present Talisman Consolidated Company, of Is per share, will be paid to-day, absorbing a total of £17,250. Of this amount the 1313 shareholders on the colonial register, holding 268,686 shares, will receive £13,434 6s. Including the present disbursement the mine has now paid in dividends to shareholders, since the original reconstruction of the late company, a total of £1,116,66-1 17s 6d. SYLVIA REEFS. RETURN OF £536. The Sylvia Reefs, Ltd., has crushed and treated 49? tons of .ore. for bullion valued at £308, in addition to £189 from concentrates and £39 from load, a total of £536. MINE MANAGERS' REPORTS. Wailaugi: During tho past week stcping and driving has been in progress in No. 2 level. Driving on the eastern face, a farther sft has been stripped and broken down. Thq reef on the footvatl la heavily mineralised. No. 8 stopo in tho western end of the I now blook going east is still .in progress, and a' further sft lias been stripped. The reef at this point is about 9ft from wall to wall, but there is a rib of country in the centro 2ft wide.
