NOTICE OF MOTION NECESSARY. [by ielechavh.—special CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON, Sunday. Jrsr before the House of Representatives rose last night Mr. J. Payne (Grey Lynn) asked to be allowed to move for leave of absence for Private P. C. Webb, the member for Grey. Mr. Massey: Notice will have to be given. The Speaker said that motions for leave of absence could be moved only when notice had been given. The opportunity to move as wished would occur at the next meeting of the House.
