o DIVISIONAL CONGRESS. i The Divisional Congress meetings in connection with the Salvation Army were continued yesterday, at the Army Hall, Albert Street, when three officers' devotional cessions were held. Instructive adi dresses were delivered by Commissioner I and Mrs. llodd?r, Colonel Mclnnes, and i Brigadiers di.-h, Iloare, and Carmichael I | In tho evening a public meeting was held jin the hall. There was a very large atj tendance. Addresses were given by Commissioner Hodder, Colonel Mclnnes, Bri I gadier liixh. and Staff Captain Onnn. The I congress will be continued to-day and toI morrow.
