PUBLIC SERVICES DAMAGED. [BY TELEGBAPH.--PBESS ASSOCIATION.} OPOTIEI. Friday. ; As the result of the flood the water supply, system is badly damaged, and the town is without water. The electr'c light and power are not yet restored, and the town is in darkness. There is no indication yeS of when these two important services will be restored.
