SCHEME NOT SUPPORTED. [BY TELEORAPn.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] TE AWAMFTU, Thursday. Tnn proposal for the erection of a Waikato Soldiers' Club in Hamilton was before the Te Awamutu Borough Council this week. The members considered that tho present was not a suitable time for the contemplation of buildings of this nature, and it was decided not to support tho movement.
