CO-OPERATE WITH BRITISH. ANTI-SUBMARINE CAMPAIGN, A. and N.Z. LONDON, April 10. Mr. Archibald Hard writes that a bomber of American Dreadnoughts have fo* months past been operating undeif Admiral Sir David Beatty. The newest vessels carry powerful armament, while their personnel and equipment are of the highest typo. Cruisers, gunbeata, and valuable small craft are also serving with the Grand Fleet. Thirty-five thousand American officers and men are serving in European waters, and the Royal Navy specially appreciates tho American cooperation against submarines, WASHINGTON, April 10. Many American submarines have gone ! to European waters, and have crossed 1 the Atlantic without mishap.
