ROUMANIAN PEACE TERMS.

JUSTICE YET TO BE DONE. A. and N.Z. LONDON Mar 12. Speaking in the House of Commons today, Mr. Balfour said that peace between Roumania and the Central Powers had not yet been ratified. The Government knew tho enemy terms before ihey were assented to. Ho deeply sympathised with Romania's cruel position. It was certainly the Government's duty to obtain at the Peace Conference revision of the harsh terms imposed on Roumania.
