PICNIC AT MOTUTAPU.
Thb annual picnic of the Auckland and Suburban Local Bodies' Labourers' Union was held under ideal weather conditions at Home Bay, Motutapu, on Saturday, and was very largely attended. The Ponsonby Boys' Brass Band played selections. Tie results of the sports are as follows :— Girls' Race, 76yds : E. McCaffery, 1; M. Erickson, 2; R. Ness, 3. Boys' Race, 100 yds: F. Spyve, 1; D.
