AGRICULTURAL SHOWS.
EXHIBITION AT WAIWERA. LARGE Dumber OF entries. Ideal' weather favoured the Waitemata. Agricultural and Pastoral Association's thirteenth animal uhow, hold at Waivera on Saturday. Thero was a largo attendance from tho surrounding districts, and many' visitors went from Auckland. The entries constituted a record for five- or s<x years, although competition in many vasos was very poor. The Quality of tho exhibits generally was excellent, especially in tho horses and tho homo industry classes. The ring events were keenly contested, and were watched with interest throughout tho afternoon. ► Mr. T. H. Marks proved an efficient secretary.
