Mr. Robert Lansing, Secretary of State, says that America is considering the advisability of representation at the Allied military conference in Paris this week. The Washington correspondent of the New York Times says that the Paris conference is designed to unify the war aims of the Entente and particularly to defino Russia's position. • The Entente is helping Russia to regain her fighting efficiency and financial stability. It is believed that the conference will discuss plans for the winter campaign, including the British, French and Italian drives, and the Balkan situation, in view of Greece's adhesion to the Entente and, the consequent strengthening of the armies in Macedonia, and also the shortage-of tonnage.
