STRONG AND WELL-EQUIPPED PARTY SECURED. Renter. ' LONDON. Ocu. 16. A special correspondent in East Africa, telegraphing on Wednesday last, says: ". am now permitted to state that the whole of Colonel Witgens' force, which was despatched north on a guerrilla raid some months ago, has been captured. Three leaders who took command after Colonel Witgens' surrender have been taken prisoner. The force was strong and well-equipped with machine-guns, ammunition and supplies."
