SEAMEN PROPOSE BOYCOTT
PUNISHMENT FOR GERMANS TWO YEARS AFTER THE WAR. (Received 8.40 p.m.) Router. . LONDON, Oct. 14 A great meeting of sailors and firemen at Cardiff, convened to devise after-war punishments for the Germans for their submarine crimes, passed a resolution asking employers to refuse to employ Germans on land or sea, requesting the public to refuse to buy German goods, and desiring master mariners to refuse to i recognise the German flag. The boyco'.'.' is designed to continue for at least tv ■•, years, an additional month to be added for every future crime.
