Count Michael Karglyi, one of the principals in 8010 Pasha's plots seemly visiited Switzerland seven weeks ago, and conferred with M. C'aillaux regarding the possibility of a separate peace being concluded between France and the Central Powers. PARIS. (hi 12. The Journal de Paris announce. that its advances from the millionaire spy 8010 have been repaid. DOCUMENTS FROM AMERICA SMUGGLING IN TOBACCO. (Received 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK. Oct. 13. It is stated that Count Bemstorff, during his term of office as German Ambassador, smuggled diplomatic document* from the United States in a tobacco hogshead shipped by a German official who was previously a tobacco dealer. British officials discovered the ruse, this being the first clue to Count Bernatorff'a duplicity.
