THE CRIMINAL SESSIONS.
OFFENCE AT BIRKENHEAD.
The criminal sessions of the Supreme Court were continued yesterday before the Chief Justice, Sir Robert Stout.
Arthur Roy Nelson (Mr. A. Moody) was charged with indecent assault at Birkenhead. The jury, after a lengthy retirement, found accused guilty of indecent assault of a slight nature. Sentence was deferred till August 23.
