AEROPLANE CO-OPERATION
(EFFECTIVE BRITISH WORK. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 1 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 17. A report from Sir Douglas Haig states : — Our aeroplanes rendered effective cooperation yesterday, using machine-guns against the Germans. We brought down 12 aeroplanes, and drove down four.
