CHARGED WITH ESCAPING.

DUKEDIN. Tuesday. A rorxG -woman named Margaret Jones appeared in the Police Court to-day on a charge of escaping from the Te Oranga Industrial School. It is alleged that she escaped from tha escorting matron at the Chrisichurch railway station, remaining at large for three months. She was then captured and brought to the Dunedin police station, from -which she again escaped, and was not located for three weeks, during which period she was married. Her arrest yesterday interrupted the honeymoon.
The case was remanded for a week, bail being refused.
