ORDER RESTORED IN CHINA.
SURRENDER OF ROYALISTS. REPUBLICAN GOVERNMENT. United Service. TOKIO. July 17. Three thousand Imperial troops, with artillery and aeroplanes, have surrendered to the Republicans at Pekin. Reuter. PEKIN, July 17. The Republicans have resumed the administration of affairs in China. Tuan Chi Jui has resumed the Premiership and the War Ministry, and Wang Tab. Sic has been appointed Foreign Minister. Li Yuan Hung has announced that he will not resume the office of President.
