TITLES TAKEN AWAY. (Received 11.25 p.m.) LONDON, July 18 The House of Commons read a second time the Titles Deprivation Bill, affecting the Duke of Albany and the Duke of Cumberland. Sir George Cave, Secretary of State for Home Affairs, said the Bill redeemed the late Government's promise to end the scandal of subjects of the enemy remaining in the British peerage
