CHARGE OF ESPIONAGE.
NORWEGIAN IN LONDON. ALLEGED GERMAN AGENT. Australian and N.&. Cable Association. (Received 9.15 p.m.) LONDON. July 3. The Press Bureau reports that Alfred Hagn, a Norwegian, has been arrested in London on a charge of espionage on behalf of Germany. The case is regarded as of grave importance. Hagn will be dealt with by court-martial.
