TAURANGA RIMU COMPANY.
The annual general meeting of the Taurauga Rimu Company, Ltd., was held at the Chamber of Commerce yesterday afternoon, Mr. S. Gordon, chairman of directors, presiding.
The directors' report stated that the formation work of the tramline from the Wairoa Landing to the bush, a distance of 10 miles, had been comnkted during the year, and it was expected that the line will be in running order before the end of the year. The erection of the mill at Wairoa Landing was being pushed on as rapidly as possible, and was now well in hand.
The report and balance sheet were adopted.
Messrs. S. Cordon and A. A. Donald, the retiring directors, were re-elected, and Dr. Coldi.utt and Mr. A. F. Ellis were appointed to till two extraordinary vacancies on the directorate.
Mr. W. A. Brace was reelected auditor.
