FUTILE RAID BY ZEPPELINS ON ESSEX AND KENT.
AIRSHIPS DRIVEN OFF BY ANTI-AIRCRAFT GUNS. (Received April 26, 11.25 p.m.) London, April 26. Several Zeppelins raided Essex and Kent on Tuesday night. The number of airships is not definitely known, but it did not exceed four. The raiders were driven off by gunfire without achieving anything.
