Sports wero held at the 16th, Waikato, Regiment camp yesterday, the results being:—Long jump*: Langmuir, 1; Robins, 2.100 yds amateur championship: Jane, 1; Burnett, 2. High jump: J. Blake, sft, 1; Morris, 2. Inter-platoon relay race, half-milo: No. 5 Platoon, 1 Army Service Corps, 2. Three-legged race: Casey and James and Forkcrt and Bell, dead-heat. Bandsmen's race, 100 yds: C. E. Scott, 1. Quarter-mile handicap: Clephane, 1; Jane, 2. Cross-country race: Macindoe, 1; Forkert, 2. Intel-platoon tug-of-war: C Company, 1; B Company, 2. Officers* race, 75yds: Lieutenant Ruddosk, 1; Lieutenant McLaren, 2. Sergeants' v race, 100 yds: Staff-Sergeant Learwood, 1; Sergeant Mex. ted, 2. Rifle exercises: A Company, 1.
