DRAMATIC DEVELOPMENT OF SUSSEX TRAGEDY.
SUBMARINE RAMMED NEAR SCENE OF PORTUGAL DISASTER*
London, April 10.
' The New York correspondent of the Daily Mail says that there is no need to fear that the Government will show any weakening over the Sussex. He predicts a dramatic development in a' few days.
The Daily Telegraph states that the submarine which the French captured on Tuesday was of the newer type. Two officers and 20 seamen surrendered. The majority of the prisoners were youths in their teens.
A Petrograd communique states that the destroyer Strogy rammed a submarine near where the hospital ship Portugal was sunk in the Black Sea.
