LABOUR MINISTER'S VIEW. Melbourne, April 11. Mr. J. Jensen, Minis' of the \ T avy, in a speech at Benito, said that if conscription were introduced the power of the middle-classes would suffer. If the worker gave their life-blood the rich should give their money, and they would have to do so if the war lasted much longer.
