BUSINESS DONE YESTERDAY.

There was little activity on the sharemarket yesterday. In standard stocks Union Bank of Australia had buyers at £51 ss, with no declared sellers. There was a reported sale in Union Stcara Ship (ord.) at 30s. /

In mining lines Talismans sold at 12s 6d, after a roported sale at 13s. Waihis were looked for at 355, sellers 35s 9d. Waihi Grand Junctions had sellers at 19s, and buyers advancod to 18s 6d.
