ADVANCE ON HAMADAN. MERCENARIES ROUTED. (Received December 11, 1.30 ».m ) Peteogead, December 10. A communique says: "The Russians occupied Sultanbutak Pass, between Teheran and Hamadan, after routing gendarmes and German mercenaries led by German and Turkish officers. The road to Hamadan is open." Hamadan is a town 185 miles -west and south, of Teheran, the capital of Persia.
