BRITISH IN GERMANY.
SANATORIUM CASES. London, December 9. The American Ambassador at Berlin, reporting on Dr. Neiler's sanatorium, in which British civilians are treated, states that though some of the buildings are clean they are over-crowded, while no effort is made to segregate communicable diseases. He adds that there appears to be no likelihood of having the matter remedied. The Embassy officers are convinced that the proprietor cares more for pecuniary gain than he does for the humanitarian side of his work.
