RECRUITING CAMPAIGN.
TIME OF CLOSING. , NOT ENOUGH MEN SECURED Times and Sydney Sun Services. London, December 9. A movement, is on foot to secure an extension of the recruiting effort. The Earl of Derby, Director of Recruiting, states that the scheme will be definitely closed on Saturday. He admits that he has not secured sufficient men. Civil' servants, both those who can be spared and those who cannot, have been informed that they should attend recruiting meetings.
