Bucharest, October 2. . Replying to a Parliamentary delegation, which urged the mobilisation of the army, the Premier, M. Bratiano, said he did not agree with the view that the hour had struck for Boumania's entry into the war. It would be unwistvto make any declaration as to the situation at present. ..■',-
