EXCURSIONS TO ROTORUA.
Sir,— am not surprised to learn from the Ht:r\tt> that only a few people availed themse'ves of the so-called weekend excursion to Rotorua. To be travelling practically two whole dava out of the three available, is no good for the travelling public or the people who cater for them at Rotorua. What would indue© many people to take advantage of the excursion would be to issue tickets on Friday or Saturday, available to return on the following Monday or Tuesday. Thomas G. Trice.
