WAITEMATA CLUB.
The Waitamata. Golf Club's championship has now reached the final stage. Jefferies and Warren. last year's finalists, will again play off for the honour The Laing Memorial Match will bo played to-day. The conditions are: Post entries, players to choose their own opponents; limit of handicap. 58. A four-ball best-ball bogey handicap will be played next Saturday for a trophy presented by Mr. W. F. Warren- Post entries will be received.
AUCKLAND LADIES' CLUB. Tho Rod Cross match arranged to be played by members of the Auckland Ladies* Golf Club yesterday was postponed until next Friday. A senior and junior flag match for a trophy presented by Mrs. R. A. Carr will be played nest Tuesday. The entrance fees will be handed over to the Naval Relief Fund.
AITEMAT A LADIES' CLUB. A Red Cross medal handicap was played by members of the Waitemat* Ladies' Golf Club on Wednesday. The best cards returned were as follows: Mrs. Neville. 1082880: Miss Goudie. 103—1384 ; Mrs. Prime, 110—24—86; Miss Newell. 11S—2&-SS; Mise Duder. 119—26—93 The draw for next Wednesday's bogey match is a* follows:—Mrs Alison plays Mrs. Neville.
