SUPREME COURT CASE.
[BT TELEGRAPH. —PRESS association] Wellington, Friday. An application under the Family Protection Act was heard by the Chief Justice in the Supreme Court. It cohcerned the will of John David Heagerty, late of Grey town, deceased, and was brought by his widow. Eliza Hilda Ethel Heagerty, and the executors — O'Loughlin Considiue, of Martinborough, and John Wiltshire Card, of Featherston. The total value of the estate was £24,580, and deceased left his widow £300 a year and a house. She considered that insufficient, and applied for an additional £150 a year. His Honor granted the widow £100 a year extra, and made an order that the decree remain in Court for five months to give the absent beneficiaries an opportunity to object
