COMPULSION OPPOSED.
WORKERS' RESOLUTION.
(Received September 18, 1.20 a.m ) London, September 17. The Workers' National Committee has passed a resolution opposing compulsory military, and still more industrial, service, especially in establishments run for private profit, where trade unions are powerless to regulate conditions.
