I. SEVEN MEN REPORTED KILLED IN ACTION. TWENTY-TWO WOUNDED, THIRTY-FOUR MISSING. The 174 th casualty list, issued by the Defence Department yesterday, and distributed by the Press Association, contains the names of seven men of the Wellington Infantry Battalion killed in action. Two men one in the Otago Infantry Battalion and one in the Auckland Mounted Rifles, are reported as having died of wounds, and one member of the Maori Contingent died of disease. Thirty-four members of the Wellington Infantry Battalion are reported missing. The wounded number 22, including Major McLean, of the Wellington Mounted Rifles, seven men of the Otago Infantry, and six of the Auckland Infantry. KILLED IN ACTION. WELLINGTON INFANTBY BATTALION.
