LLOYD GEORGE'S COMMENT. BOMBS ON PROPRIETOR. (Received September 10, 11 p.m.) * London, September 10. At the Labour Congress Mr. Lloyd George, Minister for Munitions, said he wished that trades unionists would subject the Daily Mail to a shattering " bom- , bardment," and that they would 1 drop bombs upon the hard head of Lord Northcliffe, the proprietor.
