BRITISH NAVAL POWER.
FRENCHMAN'S TRIBUTE. London, September 9. The French Minister for Foreign Affairs, M. Pichon, describing his visit to the British fleet, says: "It enables Great Britain to look forward without anxiety to the war. No matter how long the duration of the war nothing will be able to diminish or overcome the naval efforts of our powerful ally."
