RETURNS TO LYTTELTON.

Advice was received at Lyttelton at 10.40 -~ p.m. yesterday that the Huddart-Parker '-■ Company's steamer Riverina. which left : - port earlier in the evening for Wellington « had broken down about 25 miles off "'& Adderley Head. The tug Lyttelton wa3 despatched at 11.45 p.m. to tow her back to port. The Riverina was picked up at? about three o'clock this morning, steam-? iug slowly back to port.
