SUBMARINE PIRACY.
SINKING OF A STEAMER.
FIFTEEN LIVES LOST. (Received August 17. 1.30 a.m.) London, August 16. The steamer Princess Caroline, of 1047 tons, was sunk by a submarine. Fifteen of the crew were killed and four are missing.
