RAGE AGAINST ENGLAND.
FAILURE OF PIRACY.
MORE AIR RAIDS URGED.
Amsterdam, August 13.
The Hamburger Nachrichten, in an article under the caption " England's Shamelessness," says: "Germans long for further and frequent air raids on England, whatever the results, because England, despite the work of the submarines, feels the war which she incited far less than is appropriate and necessary. England is simply a spectator, while her allies are suffering. Her shamelessness is abominable, and drives the blood to our heads, impelling the demand for the hard punishment of a frivolous, huckstering nation. Therefore it cannot rain bombs enough on England, nor can enough of her ships be destroyed."
