ENEMY'S STRENGTH ON THE EASTERN FRONT.
FORTY-ONE ARMY CORPS AGAINST THE RUSSIANS. PETROGRAD, July 19. It is estimated that the enemy is operating with forty-one army corps, of which fourteen are between the Vistula and the Bug, eight between the Bug and the Dniester, seven north of the Xarew, seven in Courland and Kovno, and five west of the Xiemen.
