SEARCH FOR SCHOONER.
THE MISSING STRATHCONA. MEMBERS OF THE CREW. TTrtRTT-rorp. days have now elapsed phico the Pacific Cable Board's new auxiliary schooner Strathcona left Auckland for Suva. No tidings have as yet been rej ceived concerning the vessel, and fears arc ! entertained for her safety. As has already been reported, rough weather has prevailed !in the Pacific almost continuously for J weeks past. I The board recently decided to send a steamer to make a thorough search for tho missing vessel. The steamer, which has taken on board a month's supply of pr o . visions and bunker coal, will leave at davlight this morning. She will ccver a distance of about 2000 miles.
