At the Supreme Court to-day Leo Stephen Curtis, formerly clerk to the Oha*une Borough Council, Was admitted to proba-. tion for two years, 4nd an order was made that . his property bo assigned to the Public Trustee for the relief of his creditors, after sufficient has been retained to pay his passage to Egypt, where, if .found medically' -fit, lie will rejoin the, forces. Accused was brought back from Egypt to answer six charges of theft.
