MISSION ANNIVERSARY.
, The Auckland Central mission celebrated its 19th anniversary yesterday., Three . services were held in the Central Mission • Hall, Albert Street, and in His Majesty's . Theatre. .'The preacher in the morning / was Mr. >. Bissett, and there was, special : ; singing by the choir. The band also • took part, and in the afternoon the Rev. Mr. Ings, of Richmond, : delivered an ?; address. During" the evening service the i theatre was packed. A song service by • tho orchestra and choir preceded the - Evangelistic meeting, which was conducted. - by Mr. Bissett. > Miss Alice Rimmer contributed -0. solo. The celebrations will be continued on Wednesday with a tea • and public meeting.
