BULGARIA AND THE ALLIES.
NEGOTIATIONS CONTINUING.
ROUMANIA WAITING RESULT.
REPORTED TURKISH OFFER.
London, June 18.
Reuter's correspondent at Sofia states the Ministers of the Entente met and exchanged views regarding the Bulgarian Note. This course led to friendly terms being arranged as a basis for further negotiations with a view to Bulgaria departing from her neutrality, if she receives assurances regarding the realisation of her aspirations.
A correspondent at Bucharest says that since the outbreak of war Roumania has recognised that she must sooner or later participate in the struggle on pain of forfeiting perhaps forever the realisation of her national programme. Roumania is ready for immediate action, but a satisfactory arrangement with Bulgaria would be a desirable preliminary. Bulgaria has already given a written assurance of a friendly neutrality.
The Paris Matin says that Turkey 13 about to cede to Bulgaria the whole right bank of the Lower Maritza, including a portion of Adrianople. The negotiations were carried out under the auspices of Austro-German diplomacy.
