HERALD HOSPITAL SHIP FUND.
GENEROUS DONATIONS.
TOTAL OF £10,280 OBTAINED.
Although only three weeks have elapsed since tho Herald Hospital Ship and Wounded Soldiers' Relief Fund was opened, tho contril utions received have amounted to over £10,000. Yesterday's donations totalled £308 13s 9d, making the total received to date £10,280 2s lOd. Messrs. Wilson and Horton yesterday handed over £5000 to the Mayor's fund, bringing the total paid into the .latter fund from the Herald fund to £9500.
Amounts of one shilling and upwards may be sent by post to the Herald, Auckland, or may be paid in at the Herald Office, Queen Street, Auckland, waere a list has been placed. The following is the list of the latest donations :—
