LOSS OF LIFE ON TRIUMPH AND MAJESTIC.
HUNDRED OFFICERS AND MEN KILLED AND MISSING.
DEATH-ROLL OF 243 ON PRINCESS IRENE. (Received May 31. 9.35 p.m.) London, May 31'. The Admiralty announces the following casualties aboard H.M.S.'s Triumph and Majestic, which were sunk off the Gallipoli Peninsula :— H.M.S. Triumph: Killed, 3 officers and 11 men; missing, 42 men. H.M.S. Majestic: Killed, 2 men; missing, 47 men. The missing men are believed to be dead. The casualties aboard the Princess Irene, sunk by an explosion in Sheerness Harbour, included 243 men drowned.
