Mr. W. Wallace, Mayor of Birkenhead, who is a candidate for the Harbour Board and also for re-election to the Hospital Hoard, for the combined districts of Uevonport, Birkenhead, and Northcote, addressed the electors last night in Tony's Hall, Northcote. Mr. H. Oadnoss, exMayor, presided. Mr. Wallace was well received and was accorded a unanimous vote of, confidence.
